Shipping is charged in relation to the value of your order.
Please ensure that you choose the correct option during checkout otherwise your
order may be delayed while we refer back to you for the correct shipping amount.

All transactions will be conducted in GBP (pounds sterling).
Crafts and Me will endeavour to send your order within 1-2 days.
We like to recycle packaging as much as possible to do our bit to help save the Planet.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Couriers at Crafts and Me discretion. Please note that Parcel Force & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc.
We do our best to maintain stock levels but on occasion an item may be out of stock. New items are difficult to restock at short notice, particularly as much of our stock is from abroad and so we in turn are relying on suppliers, freight companies and the like.
We do not presently operate a back-order system, you will need to re-order the item at a later date – keep checking the site for stock information, you can also, click the e-mail me button on the product page, for Crafts and Me to inform you when new stock arrives for the product you would like to buy.
If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, please advise us of this.
We will contact you for advice should availability be a problem.
The period stated within which we send your order is approximate, at busy times this cannot be guaranteed. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Crafts and Me receives payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Your order will be sent out properly packaged and we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit.
Damage should be reported to the Post Office and it is a good idea to photograph visibly damaged packaging before you open it.
Images and Colours
While we try to ensure that the images are as accurate as possible, computer systems can display colours differently, therefore the colour of the actual product may vary slightly to that shown on our website. Please be aware that the images are not shown as the actual size.
You may withdraw from the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:
a) Sending the notice of cancellation by email to email@example.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.
b) Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Crafts and Me unopened i
n their sealed packaging together with the original invoice. Crafts and Me will refund you the purchase price of the goods by the same method as which you paid. Please contact us by email for a return authorisation number before posting.
Once Crafts and Me receive the goods in the condition that they were in when delivered to you, any sum debited to Crafts and Me from your card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Crafts and Me. Crafts and Me reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
Crafts and Me are happy to exchange or refund goods that you are not happy with as long as they are unopened and in their sealed packaging, but you will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods. Please contact Crafts and Me at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns authorisation number before returning. We advise that you return the goods by recorded delivery or get prove of postage. As Crafts and me cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post that you return to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Crafts And Me shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Crafts And Me of the problem by e-mail within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. Please make sure you quote your name address and order reference number.
If your order has not arrived 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International) after the expected delivery date it is considered lost by the Post Office/Royal Mail and a claim will have to be raised for compensation. Royal Mail will contact you to confirm you have not received it and after investigation they will refund the cost of your order to us, only when the claim has been paid can we issue replacements or a refund. Fortunately a very small percentage of packets go missing in the postal system.
If you do not wish to be patient with us whilst we process this claim, please do not order. No matter how frustrated or unhappy you are that the postal system has failed both you and ourselves we practice a zero tolerance in our work place.
