Decorating Chalks Glimmer Kit #2 are like no other chalk on the market. One chalk colour will produce several effects, from a sparkle to a beautiful iridescent glimmer, depending on the colour, type of paper and reflective lighting. After applying, leave to set for an hour, then lightly burnish with applicator included to bring out full glimmer. Original Decorating Chalks can be used over Glimmer Chalks for different effects.
