Creates 3D dimensional effects when applied to the areas you wish to colour and raise.The kit contains six pen style applicators with a 0.35 fine tip,which are easy to use. The colours in this kit are: Blue, Violet, Green, Red, Dark Brown and Yellow.
To Use: After applying 3D Crystal Laquer to the area of your choice allow 30 to 60 minutes for drying before applying more on top or other colours to adjacent areas. Drying time depends on the thickness of application.
