Creates 3D dimensional effects when applied to the areas you wish to colour and raise. Acid Free and Non-Toxic.The kit contains six pen style applicators with a 0.35 fine tip,which are easy to use. The colours in this kit are: Sky Blue, Yellow Green, Purple, Peach, Pink and Orange. To Use: After applying 3D Crystal Laquer to the area of your choice allow 15 to 30 minutes for drying before applying more on top or other colours to adjacent areas. Drying time depends on the thickness of application.
