Yes, I do know what you mean, this happens with solid images and it is totally frustrating. Whenever I get new images, I road test certain ones to be sure they make a good impression. I always grab the Colorbox Charcoal Chalk ink pad, and it seems I never get a beading-up problem with the chalk inks. For some reason, once you use the chalk on a new OnyxXpressions stamp, it is primed to better-accept other inks afterwards.
